For clinicians and senior medical students

Get Paid for YourClinical Judgment.

Medical AI is answering patients' questions, and someone with clinical training has to check those answers. Grade them remotely, on your own schedule, paid per case, with higher rates for licensed reviewers.

Two Ways to Work

Trainees grade. Licensed clinicians audit.

Associates

$2–$4 a case

Senior medical students (MBChB years 4–6) and clinical interns

Do first-pass grading: score each AI answer on a clinical rubric and explain the score in writing.

Licensed reviewers

$8–$15 a case

Registered medical officers, specialists, clinical officers, nurses, pharmacists and dentists

Re-grade a share of every batch, settle disagreements, and grade high-risk cases such as dosing.

How to Apply

Three steps before your first paid case

Checked by Hand

Step 1

Credential and licence check

Upload a credential: students and interns their student ID or enrolment letter, licensed reviewers their licence certificate. We check registrations by hand on your national council's public register.

80% to Pass

Step 2

The clinical field test

A timed test on spotting AI mistakes: hallucinated doses and lab values, missed triage red flags, regional clinical context and patient communication. 80% passes; a failed attempt locks retakes for 48 hours.

Known-Answer Checks

Step 3

Calibration, then live work

Your first 10 cases have known answers set by licensed clinicians; 70% of scores within one point passes. Hidden known-answer checks continue on live work, and low accuracy pauses grading until our team reviews it.

We're building our first evaluation cohort.

Apply with your details, your credential and the specialties you practise in. We currently verify licences on Kenyan registers and pay in Kenyan shillings; clinicians elsewhere in Africa can still apply, and we review every application by hand.
